The pool water must be regularly maintained. The best solution is the use of salt water, where the pool water is electrolysed and disinfected. Will the water be the same as in the ocean? Sea water has a salt content of about 3.5%. The salinator works with concentrations as low as 0.4 - 0.5 %. This is because slightly salty water is much more comfortable for use in the bath than "real" sea water. The composition of the salt water in the pool produced by the solinator process can be compared to that of tears, so opening your eyes while diving in a pool treated with this process is not unpleasant.
