When do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data in the case of sending a contact form or enquiry, registration, ordering on the e-shop, sending a form via Facebook and subscribing to the newsletter within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").
In the case of submitting a contact form, we process the following personal data:
- E-mail address
- Name
- Phone
- Message text
It is necessary to process this personal data in order to create an offer of services, to negotiate this offer or to respond to a query raised by you. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. These personal data will be processed by the Controller for the duration of the contract negotiations, for a maximum of 5 years from your enquiry, unless you consent to further processing.
In the case of
sending an enquiry form, we process the following personal data:
- Name and surname
- Phone
- Street, city, building address, postcode
- E-mail
- Message text

Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. These personal data will be processed by the Controller for the duration of the contract negotiations, for a maximum of 5 years from your enquiry, unless you consent to further processing.

We process this personal data for the purpose of creating a customer account and on the basis of your consent. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.
In the case of an
order, we process the following personal data:
- E-mail
- Telephone
- Name and surname
- Street, description number, city, postcode, country
We process this personal data for the purpose of sending your order and store it in our e-shop and accounting software. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. We will process this data for the period of time required by law.
We use your e-mail address to send you commercial communications. You can unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email. We assume that you may be interested in other offers of similar goods and services. We carry out such processing on the basis of our legitimate interest, which is permitted by Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation.
If you
submit a form via Facebook, we process the following personal data:

- E-mail
- Phone
We process this personal data for the purpose of sending the order. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. We will process this data for the period of time required by law.
We use the e-mail address for sending commercial communications. We assume that you may be interested in other offers of similar goods and services. newsletter subscriptions, we process personal data:
We process this personal data for the purpose of sending you commercial communications on the basis of your consent. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation. We will process the personal data entered for a period of 5 years.
Who else can have access to your personal data?The controller cooperates with other entities (processors) who may have access to your personal data.

What are your rights?Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- To request information from us about what personal data we process about you, and to request a copy of that personal data if applicable,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of your personal data,
- request access to that data and have it updated or corrected,
- require us to erase that personal data - however, this erasure will result in the termination of the contract negotiations and will only be carried out if the interests of the joint controllers do not override your privacy interests,
- if you have any doubts about our compliance with our data processing obligations, contact us or the Data Protection Authority or the courts.
