Complaint procedure
When making a claim, the following procedure should be followed:
The customer first fills out a claim report(downloadable PDF/Word report).
The protocol contains all important information necessary for a smooth handling of the claim. The protocol should specify the defect in as much detail as possible.
The completed protocol must be printed and signed.
If the goods complained of are sent, the completed complaint report must be included in the parcel containing the goods complained of. The goods must be packed in such a way as to prevent further damage to the claimed product during transport.
In the case of a claim filed in person, the customer must bring the completed claim report with him.
Along with the complaint report, proof of purchase of the complained product from our company is required.
The goods must always be sent/delivered complete. A part of the goods can only be sent/delivered (claimed) with our prior approval.

Complaints can only be submitted in writing or in person! Goods sent to our address without explanation will be sent back immediately.
On the basis of the enclosed documents, the complaint will be professionally assessed and the further procedure for dealing with the complaint will be determined. The legitimacy or illegitimacy of a complaint is always assessed by the manufacturer, importer of the goods or an authorised person, who will issue a written opinion on the complaint. If the complaint is found to be justified, the buyer will be sent a repaired product, a new piece or a refund of the purchase price. This will be done immediately after the complaint has been assessed. In the case of a justified complaint, we will send the claimed goods to the customer free of charge.
Complaints procedure
Liability for defects in goods, warranty
The goods are covered by the warranty according to the warranty conditions and time limits stated in the warranty certificates of the individual products. The minimum warranty period is 24 months. The warranty period begins on the date of acceptance of the goods.
Minimum warranty period
The statutory minimum statutory period is 24 months (except for exceptions provided by law). If a longer warranty period is provided for the product, the length of the warranty period is indicated on the invoice or on the warranty and delivery note.
Warranty terms and conditions
For goods received from the supplier, the buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If the goods are found to be damaged on receipt, the seller is obliged to provide a reasonable discount on the delivery, repair or supply another faultless product.
In the case of goods received from a transport service, the buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If the goods are found to be damaged on receipt, a record of the damage to the goods must be made immediately (including photographic documentation if necessary) and a copy of the record of the damage must be delivered to the Seller immediately. On the basis of a legitimate record of damage, the Seller must provide a reasonable discount on the delivery, repair or supply another faultless product.
Complaints
Claims for goods shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. If an irremediable defect in the goods is found (based on a written assessment by an authorised service centre, if the nature of the product so requires), the goods will be replaced with an identical item or the full price of the goods will be refunded.
Charging of storage charges
If the Buyer fails to collect a settled claim or service within 30 days of being informed in writing or by telephone that the claim procedure has been completed, the Buyer may be charged a storage fee of CZK 121 incl. VAT for each day from the completion of the claim to its receipt by the buyer. If the buyer does not collect the goods by the time the amount of the storage fee exceeds the price of the goods claimed, the goods may be used to pay the storage fee.
