The shafts have a special 50 mm thick sandwich bottom. This treatment minimizes deformation of the shaft bottom.
The upstream shaft with internal dimensions 0.60 x 1.10 x 0.80m (0.73 x 1.23 x 0.87m - external) is made of 10mm thick polypropylene. The hinged manhole cover (hatch) is walkable not movable.
The manhole is watertight, all subsequent penetrations must be made with watertight penetrations.
Manhole settlement:
- The shaft shall be set in the excavation on a concrete slab with a minimum thickness of 10 cm (taking into account the subsoil on the site) reinforced with a steel "curry net", so that the top of the shaft extends at least 5 cm above the surrounding terrain, so that in the event of torrential rain the shaft is not flooded.
Colour of manhole:
- The filter shaft is manufactured with a cover in RAL 7004 (signal grey).

- Upon agreement, a shaft fitted with a ventilation head can be supplied at an additional cost.
