The Universal safety cover is an ideal solution for year-round pool covering. In addition to safety, it also provides thermal insulation and protection against falling debris.
The cover is reinforced with aluminum beams and anchored to the paving to prevent movement. The high strength of the cover is achieved by using an internal reinforcing structure.

Maximum load of the cover per square meter is 85 kg.
 

 Integrated support rods are welded into the film. These rods extend 25 cm beyond the edge of the pool. An insulating air cushion forms between the cover and the water surface, protecting against heat and water losses, resulting in lower energy consumption.

Sample calculation of the cover:

Dimensions are always calculated with a 0.25m overhang on each side. It is possible to manufacture an atypical shape, cover external stairs or a cutout for a ladder.

• Pool size: 3 x 5 m rectangle/oval
• Cover size: 3.5 x 5.5 m = 19.25 m²

• Pool size 3 x 7 m rectangle/oval
• Cover size 3.5 x 7.5 = 26.25 m²

• Pool size 4 x 8 m rectangle/oval
• Cover size 4.5 x 8.5 m = 35.25 m²
  
  

 

MAINTENANCE OF THE COVERS:

• The year-round safety pool cover requires occasional cleaning with a garden hose.
• The entire pool cover and its accessories should be inspected twice a year (e.g., during cover cleaning).
• Additional inspections are necessary, if the safety function of the cover has been activated or after exposure to extreme conditions (storm, heavy snowfall, etc.).
• After performing these various checks it is absolutely necessary to replace any items subject to damage. Because the year-round safety pool cover can be completely dismantled and repaired, do not hesitate and promptly replace all components showing any defect or wear. If in doubt, please contact us.
• All spare parts must be supplied by Macek a syn s.r.o., so that your cover matches the original specification, the warranty remains valid, and the cover remains in accordance with the applicable standard.

IN WINTER:
The year-round safety pool cover is designed for year-round pool covering, however you should follow several rules listed below:

• If more than 15 cm of snow falls, it is necessary to remove this snow from the cover.
• It is absolutely essential that the side tensioners and their pins placed along the rods are fixed to the paving on a concrete base to prevent any movement or lifting of the cover caused by wind.
• During heavy rain, make sure you remove any accumulations formed on the perforations/between the tubes
to drain rainwater to prevent clogging and puddling.
