AZUR Kit 380 6m3/hod FF includes: Azur 380 filter vessel, a pallet and Preva pump.

The pump is single-phase and self-priming. Maximum pressure 1.5 bar Working pressure 0.5–0.7 bar. Sand filters operate on the natural principle of water filtration. Water passes through the layered sand, which traps fine impurities. In this way the sand becomes fouled and must be backwashed, for which a six-way valve is used. Turning the valve to the backwash position changes the water flow direction and flushes the settled impurities to waste. This process can be repeated throughout the life of the sand, which is very long compared with other filtration methods. Sand filtration can be used for saltwater.
