AREAS OF USE
Primer 3296 is designed to consolidate and improve the properties of fragile or crumbly and dusty surfaces. It is also suitable for exterior use to stabilize surfaces of cement-based substrates, plasters, walls built from solid bricks, sandstone, tuff, porous stones, cementitious and lime decorative mortars.

Thinning: none or depending on substrate porosity 1:1 or 1:2 with water.
Open time before bonding with vinyl adhesives: after drying.
Drying time: 1-5 days.
Storage: 12 months.
Application: brush, roller.
Consumption: 0.1-0.5 kg/m².
