It is used for drawing water for solar and massage systems. It is equipped with a protective grate to prevent the intake of contaminants. A 2" counter nut can be ordered for mounting into plastic pools or a wall sleeve for mounting into tiled or coated concrete pools. Not suitable for concrete pools with a heavy liner.
