Tip: For better and faster development of the aroma of essential oils, dose sauna essences into hot water. In commercial saunas, application into automatic dosing devices is also possible.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
Depending on cabin size and desired intensity we dose

• Sauna for 6 people: 1-2 ml per liter
• Sauna for 6-10 people: 3-5 ml per liter
• Sauna for 10-15 people: 5-8 ml per liter
• Large sauna: 10 ml per 1 liter of water

in the sauna bucket. We never use undiluted essence – risk of ignition!
