Crystal Clear :

Compared to sand, Crystal Clear saves up to 75% of water during filter backwashing.
Thanks to its natural absorptive capacity, Crystal Clear enables filtration throughout the entire volume (not just on the surface, as with sand filtration). During backwashing, particles are more easily released from the glass, so the backwashing time is shorter.
