Electrical flow-through heaters are designed for heating water in swimming pools and spa baths; their operation consists in heating the water flowing through the heating element, the temperature of the heated water is set by a regulation thermostat. The heating element is switched by a contactor, which is controlled by the aforementioned thermostat, a safety flow indicator. For this reason, the heating requires the so-called large automation - a 24-hour filtration programmer, a residual current device (protection against dangerous touch voltage), motor thermal protection, a contactor and a heating switch. The entire heating unit is made of stainless titanium material (for saline water) or plastic.
Pool electric flow-through water heaters EOVTi are by their design specially engineered for heating pool water, or water in other circulating water loops with a flow and temperature up to 40°C. Each heater must be installed in the electrical system behind a residual current device. We therefore recommend equipping the device with an appropriate type of automatic control.
