Tip: For better and faster development of the fragrance of essential oils, dose the sauna essences into hot water. In commercial saunas, application in automatic dosing devices is also possible.

RECOMMENDED DOSING:
Depending on cabin size and desired intensity we dose

• Sauna for 6 people: 1-2 ml per liter
• Sauna for 6-10 people: 3-5 ml per liter
• Sauna for 10-15 people: 5-8 ml per liter
• Larger sauna: 10 ml per 1 liter of water

in the sauna bucket. We never use undiluted essence – risk of ignition!
