"1.5" closure stopper

The cap is an accessory for the return MTS nozzle. It is used to seal the nozzle for the winter months to prevent ingress and freezing of pool water in the piping. The cap includes a sealing O-ring. The material ABS, from which the cap is made, is resistant to changes when exposed to chemical and atmospheric influences.

 

The quality of pool water largely depends on the circulation system (method of water supply and return to the pool). Return nozzles serve to return already treated water back into the pool. They are typically placed opposite the skimmer or in locations where it is necessary to introduce circulation to the pool water. The nozzles must be set so that the entire pool contents circulate and so-called “dead zones” do not form. They are usually installed 200 mm below the surface, and the flow per nozzle should be 3–5 m3/h.
